Ryan Enn Hughes

Hughes takes 360 degree photography to a whole other level with these short films. As he explains his work is photography, but when all of the individual frames are put together, something unique happens. The final product is really something beautiful and fresh.

You can see more of his work here.

Dairy Center for the Arts

Grand opening of CU’s Architecture and Planning exhibit at the Dairy Center for the Arts is tonight. I’ve been helping set up the space and it looks very nice. Some great projects including a wall installation from the NASHI Pine Ridge Project, a collaborative sustainable housing initiative between students at CU Boulder and Oglala Lakota College to build green homes on Tribal lands.

As well as myclass, Green Technology: Design from Salvage will be showcased at the Dairy tonight. Green tech made the paper the other day in the Colorado Daily.

I can’t wait to see these guys next Wednesday in Denver. I love this video, nothing beats slow motion fighting.

Very Nice Wooden Bike Rack - Ballou Projects

This bike rack by Ballou Projects is a minimal and beautiful method of storing a bike. Made from bent plywood, walnut veneer or white powder coasted steel hardware, they’ll look great in any room. I personally love the wall version, and I’d be curious to see how a series of them would look…because I have four bikes. Simple and well done. Ballou ProjectsBallou ProjectsBallou Projects

Respect the Architect

A beautiful collection of architecture by Franck Bohbot. His series called “Respect the Architect” displays beautiful images of beautiful buildings, everything from the Bibliotheque Sainte Genevieve, to the Patheon, to Alvia train Depart in Barcelona. Wish Kahn’s Kimbell Art Museum was in the series.

Business Card

Finally got around to making a new business card for myself! Simple minimalist front, on the back a cloud of everything I am searching for and the skills I possess.
